Welcome to Lips Network. These Terms apply to our website, online store and purchases from us.

"Lips Network", "we", "us" and "our" means Olympia Newman-Andrews, trading as Lips Network, an Australian sole trader, ABN 97 799 169 675, based in New South Wales, Australia. Our store is powered by Shopify.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. PRODUCTS

We create handmade oracle decks, candles, belts and art prints.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, colours and dimensions are accurate. Colours may vary between screens. Handmade products may have reasonable variations in colour, texture, shape, finish and other details.

2. ORACLE DECKS

Oracle decks and spiritual content are provided for entertainment, reflection and personal use. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

3. CANDLE SAFETY

Our candles are handmade. Follow all supplied safety instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials and drafts. Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and do not move them while burning or while wax is liquid.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are placed through guest checkout. You must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error, fraud is suspected, delivery is unavailable, or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a refund.

We accept payment methods available through Shopify checkout.

5. PRICES

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website. Lips Network is not registered for GST. Prices and promotions may change, but the price shown when you order generally applies, subject to obvious errors.

6. SHIPPING

We ship worldwide where carriers and applicable laws allow. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, contact hi@lips.network. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs and other charges imposed by their destination country and for checking import requirements.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Packaging may be opened if the product remains unused and undamaged. Customers pay return shipping.

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. You may place a new order after receiving your refund.

Approved change-of-mind returns receive a refund of the product price and original shipping cost.

If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, defective, incorrectly supplied or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, contact hi@lips.network. Where required by law, we will provide the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our artwork, oracle decks, designs, photographs, illustrations, text, branding and other creative content are owned by Lips Network.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights. You must not reproduce, copy or commercially use our artwork or designs without permission.

You may photograph and share products you purchase on personal social media, and we appreciate crediting or tagging Lips Network.

9. REVIEWS

Customers may submit reviews, photographs and feedback. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to provide it and grant Lips Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for business and marketing purposes.

We may remove unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content.

10. WEBSITE USE

You must use our website lawfully. You must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others, scrape or systematically copy our content, or infringe our intellectual property.

11. PRIVACY AND THIRD PARTIES

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our website uses Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics and other services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

12. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including under the ACL.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lips Network is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.

14. CHANGES

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on our website. Updated Terms apply from the stated effective date.
